Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer deposit bags and outgoing change orders received via Armored Car.
- Affirm adherence to departmental safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent work experience.
- Professional business experience, banking/financial industry exposure preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), or similar software.
- Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, meeting deadlines, handling multiple priorities.
- Active listening, teamwork, projecting a positive, professional image, promoting team effort.
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, ability to work across departments.
- Able to lift/transport up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Steel toe footwear required.
- Flexible working hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings, as needed or assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D., or equivalent related work experience.
- Experience level dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held.
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge and skills proficiency in Organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill proficiency in Communication, Customer Experience, Scheduling, Task Management, and Technology Literacy.
