Where and How You’d Work

Ramsey Solutions headquarters is just outside Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on‑site under the same roof to foster a strong, unified culture, but we also offer flexible work schedules to accommodate personal appointments and family obligations. Each employee has a designated workspace with an electronic sit‑stand desk, and the campus features quiet library spaces, coffee‑bar/lounge areas, a recreational game zone, and outdoor/patio work and break areas.

What You’d Do

You will create content and build trust with an audience around money principles that truly change lives, serving as a credible and compelling voice for the Ramsey brand. This involves communicating those principles across multiple platforms and formats, simplifying complex topics, and inspiring real financial action. Your personal experience with Ramsey’s principles will be central to the authenticity of your message.

Qualifications

• Ramsey super‑fan who is personally walking the Baby Steps (required for credibility).
• Consistently creates content rooted in personal experience, expertise, or a specific point of view—through speaking, podcasting, social media, video, writing, coaching, teaching, or other platforms.
• Passion for helping others achieve financial success and a strong commitment to our mission; driven by impact rather than platform‑building or fame.
• Credibility and depth of knowledge in personal‑finance topics or audience segments, with proven ability to build audience affinity and trust across various content formats.
• Natural communicator with demonstrated experience making complex concepts feel simple, practical, and actionable.
• Authentic, warm, and relatable communication style that makes people feel spoken to, not at.
• Creator instinct: comfortable on camera, fluent in social and digital platforms, and energized by consistently generating ideas and content that connect with real people.
• Humble, coachable, collaborative, and committed to a team environment; improves with repetition, receives feedback well, and understands that building within a larger system requires patience and discipline.

What Success Looks Like

• Creating original, compelling money content—on camera, on social, and on stage—that resonates with our audience and aligns with our mission.
• Contributing to existing Ramsey platforms (The Ramsey Show, other Ramsey Network shows, and social media) as a trusted host or voice.
• Maintaining a hunger for constantly increasing knowledge and expertise to gain audience trust and guide them toward our tools, products, and services.
• Staying informed about current money trends and bringing a fresh, relevant perspective to how we reach the people who need us most.
• Serving as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Ramsey Solutions, representing our values and principles with authenticity and passion.
