Freight Breakers LLC is expanding our warehouse team and is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help load and unload freight in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a production-based position where your effort directly impacts your earnings, giving motivated employees the opportunity to maximize their pay.

Responsibilities

Loading Freight

• Transfer cartons from conveyor belts into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton with handheld RF equipment before loading.
• Move rolling cages between workstations and staging locations.
• Stack freight safely while maintaining quality and production standards.

Unloading Freight

• Remove cartons from inbound trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
• Scan freight during the unloading process to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Sort cartons into designated cages for processing.
• Keep your work area clean while maintaining a steady production pace.

This is an active warehouse position requiring regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

Pay

• Production-Based Compensation with average daily earnings of $200–$250.
• Typical equivalent of $16–$25+ per hour.
• Paid per case loaded and unloaded; greater productivity means greater earning potential.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Donut Shift).
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Some workdays may end earlier depending on freight volume.
• Overtime opportunities available as business needs require.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
