About the role

The MoMINTum Hospitality Attendant serves as the primary hospitality ambassador for the MoMINTum Experience Center, a space designed to showcase TSE's upcoming stadium renovations and premium offerings to prospective clients, partners, and guests. This individual will be responsible for creating a welcoming, polished, and elevated guest experience through beverage service, specialty coffee preparation, space maintenance, and general hospitality support. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, discreet, and confident engaging with guests in a premium environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Hospitality
  • Welcome and engage guests visiting the MoMINTum Experience Center.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service throughout the guest experience.
  • Serve a variety of beverages, including bottled beverages, soft drinks, specialty coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails as appropriate.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide service.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging presence while representing Levy and TSE.
• Beverage & Coffee Service
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following established training and quality standards.
  • Maintain coffee equipment and beverage stations.
  • Restock beverage inventory throughout the day.
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Inventory & Product Management
  • Maintain established inventory pars for all beverages, snacks, and service supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Support receiving, stocking, and organizing deliveries.
  • Ensure products are properly stored and rotated.
• Space Maintenance & Organization
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the Mock Suite and Main Bar areas.
  • Conduct routine space resets throughout the day.
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas remain organized, clean, and presentation-ready.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Event Support
  • Assist with Friday evening gatherings and special events.
  • Support Pre-Gates activities during NFL home games.
  • Collaborate with Premium Operations leadership to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel, premium service, or guest experience background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with clients and guests.
• Ability to lift and transport beverage cases and supplies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bartending or beverage service experience.
• Coffee barista experience or willingness to complete specialty coffee training.
• Experience in premium hospitality environments.
• Alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification.

Schedule

To provide coverage and scheduling flexibility, Levy anticipates hiring up to three attendants for this role. Typical shifts may include:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Shift overlap will support:

• Inventory replenishment
• Space resets
• Communication and shift handoffs
• Service continuity

Additional hours may be available for:

• Friday evening events
• NFL Pre-Gates activities
• Special client engagements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to perform stocking, restocking, and setup activities.
• Ability to work in a guest-facing environment for the duration of scheduled shifts.
