Position Overview: As a Molding Operator, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to run any machine and any product as production needs change. Responsibilities include cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, maintaining accurate counts, and helping keep production moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Pay: 6-Day Workweek with Guaranteed Overtime Night Shift – 72 Hours per Week Sunday-Friday 6PM-6AM Starting hourly rate will be $20.35. After completing Operator A training, your hourly rate will increase to $21.35.
