Molding Operator - 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Rotating shift weekends included.

About the role

Located in Columbus, Nebraska. This is a 12‑month contract position in a fully climate‑controlled facility.

Pay

The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Work hours are from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a rotating shift that includes weekends. The shift pattern is: two days on, two days off, three days on, then opposite days the following week, two days off, two days on, three days off. Employees receive one 30‑minute break and one 15‑minute break each shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Steel‑toe or composite safety shoes required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to read and comprehend documentation.
• Fluent in English – reading and writing.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Package finished product.
• Stock packaging materials.
• Complete quality documentation.
• Operate automatic box closing equipment.
• Move pallets with a pallet jack.
• Keep machinery, work area, and production clean and orderly; comply with GMP requirements.
