Molding Machine Operator 12hrs Night Shift(D-Shift)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in molding and operate all respective equipment at or above established standards while maintaining quality and GMP standards.
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance; make authorized adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality through in-process checks, accurate documentation, requalification, and rework.
• Seek assistance from setups and cell leads to meet production and quality expectations.
• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians with equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain machinery, work areas, and floors in a neat and orderly manner following GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately.
• Maintain accurate documentation for reporting PPH, scrap/waste, SAP, and MES transactions.
• Identify and report issues to the Cell Lead.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Blitz’s, Kaizens, KAS).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective shift transfer and communication.
• Support business needs by working overtime as required to meet schedule demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, OR 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
