Responsibilities

• Take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
• Program robots to bring our operations to life.
• Master tools and techniques to keep presses running smoothly at standard cycles.
• Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and keep the workflow smooth.
• Maintain a clean, secure workspace following LOTO, Sling & Crane, and other safety protocols.

Requirements

• 1-5+ years of injection molding experience.
• Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the role.
• Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
• A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (technical training is a plus).
• Strong motor skills and a safety-first mindset.
• Basic computer and math skills to troubleshoot with ease.
• The ability to communicate effectively and train others when needed.

Pay

$19-20 per hour.

Schedule

Shift time: 5PM- 3AM Monday-Thursday with occasional Fridays.
