A well-established and growing industrial manufacturer with a multi-decade track record and facilities across the US is hiring an RTM Assembler to join a team that cares about their people. This union position offers steady first shift hours and a clear path to grow your skills in composite manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and materials for Resin Transfer Molding, including cleaning, applying release agents, and positioning preforms
• Assemble composite components per engineering drawings and quality standards
• Inject resin into molds and monitor curing cycles
• Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Hand sand, oil, and grind parts, removing burrs and flashing with hand and power tools
• Repair parts with cosmetic imperfections and maintain accurate production records
• Work safely and collaboratively to hit production targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with RTM or composite manufacturing processes
• 2+ years of experience repairing and grinding parts
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in composites a plus
