Mold Build Technician

Description

A little about the position: The Mold Build Technician is responsible for constructing molds used in the production of fiberglass swimming pools. This role ensures molds are built to precise specifications, structurally sound. The technician works closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure molds are safe, reliable, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass fabrication, composites, or similar industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, templates, and specifications.
• Familiarity with sanding, spraying, grinding, and hand lay-up techniques preferred.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals, resins, and fiberglass materials.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
