Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
  • Fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery or other training accepted by the hiring organization
  • Active medical license in Oklahoma, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Ability to complete required credentialing and obtain appropriate privileges
  • Strong surgical judgment and patient communication

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with cutaneous malignancies
  • Perform Mohs micrographic surgery according to applicable clinical standards
  • Perform appropriate repairs and reconstructions within training and privileges
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and follow-up instructions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinical personnel
  • Participate in quality-assurance and patient-safety processes
