About the role
Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to advancing medical science through histotechnology. We are seeking an experienced Histotechnologist to contribute to our cutting-edge research and diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized histological procedures
- Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in all histological techniques
- Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare providers to support clinical decision-making
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies in histotechnology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Histotechnology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of histology techniques and pathology principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Current certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- Experience with automated staining systems and microscopes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in histological staining techniques
- Familiarity with digital imaging software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
