Who We Want
We are currently seeking a highly motivated 3rd Shift Modular Construction Supervisor - Manufacturing to join our team in Fenton, Michigan. 1st Shift hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday with some overtime as needed for production.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms.
- Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly.
- Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in building, residential, or modular construction.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong understanding of modular-electrical systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time on 1st shift (Monday–Friday).
