About the role
In this role, you will help construct high-quality modular building systems by assembling prefabricated metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble metal modular building structures on welded skids according to job specifications
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
- Install siding and prefabricated components as part of the assembly process
- Prepare weld fittings and assist with fabrication support tasks
- Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies (as needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but not required
- A good motor vehicle record is required
- The ability to use Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel is preferred
- The ability to read blueprints, ISO’s, and other technical documents is preferred
- Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights
- A high mechanical aptitude is required

- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly is required.
- Must be able to stand/walk 90% of the time and sit 10% of the time.
- Requires the ability to work from heights while utilizing the appropriate PPE for each situation.

Pay
- Salary Range: USD $21.25/Hr. - USD $28.98/Yr.
