About the role

We are seeking a Modernization Supervisor to manage local modernization operations in KONE Beltsville, MD, covering Washington DC and Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of construction/service expertise and supervisory experience, preferably leading a union-represented workforce.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and survey job requirements with salespeople
• Ensure profitability on modernization jobs through effective resource management
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
• Leverage new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction/service expertise
• Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union-represented workforce
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Passion for safety, quality, and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years of relevant working experience

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $121,000.00 - $158,760.00 annually. The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
