Modeling/Simulation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Accesses data and conducts all M&S functions
• Provides deliverables up to the SECRET classification level under supervision
• Conducts modeling and simulation functions or operations such as exercises, plans, coordination, demonstrations, and instruction
• Supports analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government
• Manages model capabilities, technical standards, interoperability and reuse, model and simulation support planning, model and simulation data and architecture management, configuration management, development and verification, validation, and accreditation
• Provides instruction on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises
• Utilizes RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models

Requirements

• BA/BS in modeling and simulation, computer science, math or other related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience (prior military simulation or wargame experience preferred)
• Desired: Apprentice Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP) or equivalent
• Must currently hold a Secret security clearance

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
