About the role

We are currently seeking motivated entry-level AutoCAD Drafters to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity for a dynamic candidate to work on a wide variety of intriguing projects throughout the local area, while expanding their technical knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Civil CAD experience preferred.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer viewing a screen using Autodesk® AutoCAD® and other design-related software.
  • Ability to learn new tasks, maintain focus, understand and absorb instructions, and complete tasks independently.

Qualifications

  • Entry level up to four years of CAD experience.
  • Willingness to undergo a test to demonstrate level of CAD knowledge and ability.

Skills

  • Strong AutoCAD drafting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on location and market standards.
  • Hourly Pay: $54,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience and education.
  • Overtime Eligibility: Employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local labor laws.
  • Away we work allowance based on commuting option.
