What Drives Success

• Create, design, and construct tools and parts in a variety of materials.
• Perform minor repair on model making machinery.
• Assist technicians in visualizing concepts or finished products.
• Inspect parts and determine if parts meet requirements of standards and specifications.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of models using precision technical plans, blueprints, and drawings.

What We Offer

• Compensation: Salaried non-exempt role with a starting salary range of $65,600 - $86,100 annually. Overtime pay applies for hours worked beyond 40 in a week.
