Within the Vehicle Product Team, employees have the financial controllership responsibility over Industrial, Commercial, & Product Inputs. The group supports the operations teams by providing financial analysis to support product decisions. A core function of the organization is the preparation of financial business cases using KPI analysis to project Vehicle Programs viability. In this group, you will learn the vehicle product development process as well as the management process throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To Complete program financial control from the approval to its SOP; financial business case consolidation, KPI analysis, GCR and AOI% reporting and trackingCommunicating the program financial position to senior management and other functional operating teamsCompiling vehicle margin inputs including revenue, variable and fixed cost, volumes, and corresponding investment to ensure proper business case developmentProfitability reporting, developing, and maintaining program financial control reporting and standardization practices; collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and other operating groups to optimize investment and maximize profitabilityIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Program Financial Management, and completing ad-hoc reporting or special projects, as needed Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldsA minimum of 8 years of finance/accounting experienceExperience in supporting decision making in business case analysis with analytical skills such as net present valueDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS TeamsPrior experience in budget/forecasting, capital expenditure investment, comparative financial analysis, financial trend analysis, application of accounting principles, or program managementPrior experience developing financial presentations for senior management reviewExcellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work well with International and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skillsHigh level of enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to successfully manage changeAbility to multi-task and adapt easily to change, including prioritization of assignmentsStrong leadership and presentation skillsResults-Oriented: Must possess the ability to plan, develop, implement, and measure resultsWork well on broad based and diverse teams, both as a team member and team leadSelf-motivated, proactive, and a self-starter Our Benefits — Designed With You In Mind Comprehensive Health & Well-being Coverage From your very first day, you’ll have access to medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage — ensuring you and your family stay healthy and protected.
