Model-Based Systems Engineer

What you'll do Develop and maintain system models, architecture artifacts, requirements relationships, and interface definitions Support model-based systems engineering workflows using SysML, Cameo/MagicDraw, or similar tools Translate stakeholder needs, operational concepts, and technical constraints into structured engineering artifacts Work with software, simulation, cyber, and hardware-focused engineers to maintain traceability across technical work products Support design reviews, technical documentation, trade studies, and customer-facing engineering discussions Help connect digital engineering artifacts to simulation, analysis, cybersecurity, or software development workflows What we're looking for Experience with systems engineering, MBSE, digital engineering, requirements analysis, or system architecture Familiarity with SysML, Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Capella, or similar modeling tools Ability to organize complex technical information into clear models, diagrams, requirements, and interfaces Strong communication skills and ability to work across engineering disciplines US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance Nice to have Experience with defense systems, aerospace systems, weapon systems, autonomy, simulation, or cyber-physical systemsFamiliarity with digital twins, requirements traceability, verification planning, or architecture frameworksExperience connecting MBSE artifacts to simulation, software development, cybersecurity, or test workflowsFamiliarity with DoD digital engineering guidance, UAF, DoDAF, or MOSA conceptsActive DoD Secret clearance
