Model-Based Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure MBSE-based architectures optimized for mission-critical data requirements
• Provide senior-level technical expertise in MBSE integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Ensure all MBSE environments meet strict cyber security standards, through access control, encryption, and monitoring protocols
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams spanning software, Systems, and Electrical Engineering to deliver fully integrated, reliable, and secure solutions
• Document and standardize configurations, and procedures to ensure system maintainability and operational continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer/Electrical Engineering
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for complex programs
• Experience must include the ability to define, design, analyze, verify, and validate systems, ensuring that requirements and functionalities are aligned throughout the entire lifecycle of the program
• Must have experience with MBSE tools such as: Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, or MagicDraw
• Proficiency in ML/UML and familiarity with simulation and analysis tools

Pay

The salary offered will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity, business needs, and other factors permitted by law.

Schedule

• Facilities are open 6am-6pm
• You can work with your customer leadership to set hours
• A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)
