Model Bartender Lux Lounge - Beau Rivage
The Job
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences that drive repeat business.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverage offerings.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper inventory levels behind the bar.
Build relationships with guests and develop a personal clientele base.
Engage guests through social media and help promote the venue through approved marketing initiatives.
Support venue growth by participating in networking opportunities, guest outreach, and promotional activities.
Encourage guest interaction through social sharing, tagging, and participation in the LUX experience.
Assist with opening and closing duties, preparation of mixes and garnishes, and maintaining bar equipment.
Collaborate with management and team members to ensure seamless service execution.
Participate in special events, promotional appearances, photoshoots, and venue marketing initiatives as scheduled.
Requirements
- Holds a High School Diploma or GED
- Exhibits 3+ years of prior relevant experience bartending
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in a nightlife/ nightclub venue
