Model Bartender

About the role

The W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room is currently seeking a Model Bartender to join their dynamic team. This is a general interest application for Model Bartender positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
• Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine
• Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members
• Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized
• Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve
• Aid other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
• Occasionally works special events

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• A guest-oriented mindset
• Prior bartending experience
• Prior nightclub experience
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications
