Core Responsibilities
- Lead or support projects as assigned, ensuring departmental deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify project details, resolve challenges, and achieve optimal results.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Actively research, test, and integrate new prototyping techniques and technologies.
- Engage in cross-training within the department to expand overall prototyping versatility.
- Set and pursue annual goals to support professional growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Mockup Department workspace.
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members, fostering skill development and collaboration.
- Support rapid-turn and high-priority projects, including overtime and weekend work when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proficient with a majority of the core skills required to produce photo-quality packaging prototypes, including but not limited to: transfer application, embossing, hero box assembly, rigid box assembly, sample maker operation, basic structural design, shrink labeling, pouch assembly, label application, vinyl application, lamination, basic structural design.
- Comprehensive understanding of all production materials and how best to use them.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to producing the highest quality prototypes in the industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
Education and Experience
2+ years of professional retail packaging Mockup experience.
Pay Range
$28 - $32 USD Hourly
