MOC Downtown Team Supervisor (LMSW Required)

About the Role

Provide direct supervision to Housing Outreach Specialists that provide case management services to single adults experiencing street homelessness in the Uptown Goddard catchment area. Coordinate and support the activities of the team's day-to-day operations. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Housing Outreach Specialists providing case management services to unsheltered single adults
• Coordinate and support day-to-day team operations
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Serve the Uptown catchment area (W. 59th – W. 110th Street & E. 59th – E. 96th Street, river to river)

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff providing direct services to unsheltered or homeless populations
• Knowledge of case management practices for street homeless individuals
• Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and healthcare agencies
• Commitment to social justice framework

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay

$66,300 - $72,000
