Mobilization Manager
About the role
This is a critical role in the successful facilitation of new National account openings. You will work in tandem with the National Account Services Team, Sales, Regional & Local Operational teams, and other key functional support to ensure the effective implementation of our business model and deliver quality hospitality service to our clients. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days a week and is located near a market center across the country.
The position demands strong project management discipline, excellent communication abilities, a strategic mindset, analytical skills, self-motivation, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams through collaboration with stakeholders to promote focus, optimize resources, and enable accountability, performance, transparency, and productivity of national account openings.
- Ensure new account openings overdeliver on client expectations by engaging cross-functional and field operational teams through organized and timely communications, resourcefulness, and rapid resolution of support needs.
- Develop and facilitate detailed mobilization plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders. Ensure adherence to standardized approaches, processes, and activities.
- Identify ways to improve processes and systems to add value and efficiency. Challenge the status quo, receive feedback, and act on new ideas to remain relevant and impactful.
- Manage risks that may have a material impact on operations, assist with mitigation strategy development, and communicate plans. Raise issues or concerns requiring additional resourcing.
- Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of business experience, including project management, continuous improvement, account management, and new business startups.
- Excellent ability to lead multiple activities and initiatives of varying size and complexity while meeting conflicting deadlines in a diverse, challenging environment. Requires a project management/change management approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to coalesce and analyze information in a fast-paced environment, translating and communicating insights, implications, and recommendations clearly to a wide range of people and behavior styles.
- Perseverance and analytical problem-solving skills to drive multifaceted, multi-tiered projects to successful conclusions with a sense of urgency.
- Results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude; takes initiative, makes things happen, and accepts accountability.
- Effective at utilizing deliberate influence strategies to impact, shape, or redirect behaviors without formal authority. Navigates through different levels of leadership and varied perspectives to achieve aligned outcomes.
- Excellent organization, project management, and multitasking abilities with strong prioritization skills.
- Up to 25% travel to various locations within North America.
