We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview (maybe not a heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes Overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Licenses And Certifications Required, Working Conditions, Compensation, Job Duties (but that's similar to responsibilities). Also there is a line "If you feel the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" which is application instruction, should be removed. Also "Compensation" includes pay details, we need a Pay section if posting actually states them. It does: Minimum rate of $20.68 Hourly. Also mentions benefits package. So we can have Pay and Benefits sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, network, mandatory influenza vaccination, etc. Also remove "If you feel..." etc. Also remove "Job Duties" maybe duplicate of responsibilities; but we can keep as part of responsibilities? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the content of "Job Duties" paragraph (the compensation details). Actually "Job Duties" heading appears after compensation? Let's see: after "Compensation Minimum rate of $20.68 Hourly HMH is committed..." then "Job Duties The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only..." That's actually still about compensation, not duties. So we should treat that as part of Pay section (explanation). So we will combine compensation details under Pay. We also have "Working Conditions" which includes physical demands. That could be a section? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could treat as "Requirements" maybe? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, but better to map to given categories. Working Conditions could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's about physical ability; could be under Requirements. We'll include a Requirements section for physical demands. We also have Licenses And Certifications Required - could be under Qualifications or Requirements. We'll put under Qualifications. We need to avoid empty sections. So we will have sections: Overview (maybe as

About the role? but we have Overview paragraph. Could use

About the role) but the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map Overview to About the role. Responsibilities section. Qualifications section (including education, knowledge, skills, abilities, preferred, licenses). Pay section. Benefits section (mentions comprehensive benefits package). Possibly Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information: The overview paragraph about team members, mission, etc. Responsibilities bullet list (the long list). Qualifications: required education, knowledge, skills, abilities; preferred; licenses. Also Working Conditions (physical demands) maybe under Requirements or Qualifications; we can include under Requirements. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, network, mandatory influenza vaccination, etc. Also remove "If you feel..." and application instructions. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We might want to separate Benefits section. The paragraph includes benefits description. We could split: Pay section just the rate and explanation; Benefits section separate. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we have a lot of compensation explanation; we could keep all in Pay and mention benefits there. But we also have a Benefits heading possible. Let's create Benefits section: "HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." The rest about compensation factors could stay in Pay. We'll split. Thus:
