Mobility Campaigns Growth Marketing Specialist
About the role
The Verizon Business Mobility Growth Marketing Team drives expansion across business segments. As a Marketing Campaign Consultant for SMB Mobility Growth, you will lead demand generation and customer acquisition, pushing boundaries and pioneering new frontiers in demand marketing to uncover untapped growth areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive mobility sales within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) space through end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new growth vectors, focusing on digital acquisition, verticalized, and local campaigns.
- Develop data-driven, strategic campaign plans and execute with speed and agility.
- Continuously research and test new markets and buyer personas to create scalable acquisition engines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Field Marketing teams, Database Management, and external agency partners for seamless campaign rollout and lead hand-off.
- Establish rigorous metrics for all campaigns, ensuring measurable business outcomes and pipeline generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management.
- A portfolio demonstrating measurable success in strategic campaign planning and tactical execution.
- Proven ability to build, launch, and manage demand campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally within a large, matrixed organization, particularly with Sales, Field Marketing, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Direct experience marketing to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), with a focus on business verticals and localized campaigns (preferred).
- Deep expertise in digital acquisition channels and performance marketing (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial, boundary-pushing mindset with a history of discovering and capitalizing on net-new market segments (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable campaign optimizations and growth strategies (preferred).
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector (preferred).
Schedule
In this hybrid role, you'll work from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as set by your manager. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Pay
The annual salary range for this full-time position is $83,000.00 - $159,000.00, depending on location and experience. For Illinois, Maryland, and New York locations, the range is $91,500.00 - $159,000.00. This is an incentive-based role with potential for additional earnings. Part-time compensation will be adjusted to reflect hours worked.
