Mobile Truck Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves and installs all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards and within acceptable time frames.
• Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy, and submits on a daily basis.
• Collaborates with Mobil Service Manager daily.
• Turns in detailed paperwork daily, including part numbers, vin numbers and before and after pictures of the repair.
• Works closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of installations, repairs and service work.
• Maintains a clean service vehicle at all times.
• Performs preventive maintenance and maintains a vehicle logbook on service/repairs done on a routine basis.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior work related experience required.
