About the role

The mobile therapist (MT) provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Approaches to treatment include individual, family, and group therapies across a variety of settings: home, school, and community.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Approaches to treatment include individual, family, and group therapies across a variety of settings: home, school, and community.
  • Works in a team along with a behavioral health technician (BHT), the MT is the senior team leader and provides training, support, and supervision to the BHT.

Requirements

  • Have a master's degree in a human service field.
  • PREFERRED- License or eligible to be licensed in Social Work or Counseling.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc.

Pay

$61,753.50 - $66,384.90 annually

Schedule

Full Time - 40 Hours

Comprehensive Benefits Package

Commitment Bonus Eligibility Up to $4,000 for Licensed Positions (Paid in installments at 6 months and 1 year of continued employment)
