Principal Responsibilities

• Conducting preventive maintenance inspections and diagnostics
• Performing on-site repairs and upgrades on light to heavy-duty vehicles
• Responding to service calls for vehicle breakdowns
• Maintaining a clean and properly stocked service truck
• Keeping accurate service records and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience with Class 4 to 8 trucks and trailers
• Mechanical inspection and repair experience required
• Valid driver’s license and own tools required
• Fleet/mobile maintenance experience is a plus
• Strong technical skills, safety mindset, and ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times (if applicable)

Compensation

$44 - $50/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Shift Notes

The Mobile Technician's hours will vary based on customer needs. This may include early morning starts, late afternoon or evening shifts, and occasional weekend work as needed.
