Mobile Shop/Retail Sales Coordinator
Company Description
Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls, K-12, and our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character. At Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania, we're committed to providing every girl the chance to practice a lifetime of leadership, adventure, and success.
Role Description
The mobile shop retail sales coordinator is part retail, part road trip, and all Girl Scout spirit! You'll start by helping set up the mobile shop at a scheduled location/event - organizing displays, stocking merchandise, and getting ready to welcome shoppers. Throughout this experience, you'll assist Girl Scouts, families and volunteers as they shop for uniforms, badges/insignia, gifts and so much more!
You'll be answering questions, making recommendations, and helping everyone find what they are looking for. Between shoppers, you'll keep the mobile shop tidy, restock and support inventory tracking. At the end of outing, you'll pack up, secure all shop components and get ready for the next location - knowing you helped bring the Girl Scout experience to the many communities you'll visit.
When you are not on the road with the mobile unit, you will be researching and securing additional shop location opportunities as well as occasional coverage/back-up of our Edinboro retail shop location.
