Mobile Security Officer (Must be available 1st and 3rd shift)

This Position Will Require A valid drivers license and a driving record meeting the Securitas Safe Driving guidelines.

About the role

Security experience with a preference toward Mobile Patrol experience. This is a Driving position going to multiple locations on shift, checking on alarms, break-ins, suspicious activity, and ensuring the sites we visit are secure upon arrival and departure. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in different areas of the cities. Comfortable with use of technology - our Mobile Drivers navigate and use smartphones for our Vision system, which allows Officers to make reports, respond to alarms, and log visits. Seeking dependable, trustworthy, and professional with the ability to de-escalate and handle situations that include transients and active crimes in progress. This position will require the officer to maintain a high standard of attendance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols via a motor vehicle to monitor and ensure the security of multiple sites.
• Respond to alarms, break-ins, and suspicious activity.
• Ensure sites are secure upon arrival and departure.
• Work independently in different areas of the city.
• Use technology such as smartphones for the Vision system to make reports, respond to alarms, and log visits.
• De-escalate and handle situations involving transients and active crimes in progress.
• Maintain a high standard of attendance.

Requirements

Valid drivers license and a driving record meeting the Securitas Safe Driving guidelines. An Arizona Security License.

Qualifications

No experience required. Friendly and positive attitude provided for training and knowledge.

Skills

Comfortable with use of technology, ability to de-escalate and handle situations, independent working ability, and reliability.
