Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy mobile retail & sales coordinator to support our brand's growth both inside one of our retail spaces and on the road. In this hybrid role, you will manage sales operations, coordinate inventory, and operate our custom mobile pop-up van. The ideal candidate is an exceptional salesperson, a meticulous coordinator, and a confident driver who loves engaging with customers in shop and at events.

Throughout this experience, you'll assist Girl Scouts, families and volunteers as they shop for uniforms, badges/insignia, gifts and so much more! You'll be answering questions, making recommendations, and helping everyone find what they are looking for. Between shoppers, you'll keep the mobile shop tidy, restock and support inventory tracking. When you are not on the road with the mobile unit or servicing customers on site, you will be researching and securing additional shop location opportunities. This role requires regular operation of a 2026 Ford Transit Cargo van so you must be confident and comfortable driving this type of vehicle.

Essential Duties

Retail Sales Coordinator

  • Drive sales revenue by delivering enthusiastic, high-touch customer experience both in-store and on the road.
  • Coordinate inventory levels between on-site and mobile unit, ensuring the van is fully and strategically stocked for each event.
  • Operate mobile POS systems to process transactions and inventory managements.
  • Analyze sales data from mobile events to determine top-performing products and optimize future merchandise assortments.
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to ensuring the mobile shop matches the aesthetic of our brick and mortar brand.

Mobile Pop-Up Operations & Driving

  • Drive and transport the mobile retail van safely to and from scheduled pop-up locations and events.
  • Manage on-site set up and teardown of the mobile shop, including visual merchandising, signage, and technical POS setup.
  • Maintain the van by tracking maintenance schedules, keeping it fueled, and ensuring a clean and appealing interior/exterior appearance.
  • Research and pitch new high-traffic locations or events to expand the mobile shop's reach.

Qualifications

Skills & Core Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a continually changing work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and working knowledge of Excel
  • Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and basic technology
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability and willingness to work and maintain a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends during the busy time for the Product Program Department
  • Comfortable driving a large cargo van/vehicle in various western PA terrains and in various weather conditions; training will be provided

Education, Experience, and Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience
