Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, high‑energy mobile retail & sales coordinator to support our brand’s growth both inside one of our retail spaces and on the road. In this hybrid role you will manage sales operations, coordinate inventory, and operate our custom mobile pop‑up van. You will assist Girl Scouts, families and volunteers as they shop for uniforms, badges/insignia, gifts and more, answering questions, making recommendations, and helping everyone find what they are looking for. Between shoppers you’ll keep the mobile shop tidy, restock and support inventory tracking, and research and secure additional shop location opportunities. The role requires regular operation of a 2026 Ford Transit Cargo van, so you must be confident and comfortable driving this type of vehicle.
Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data from mobile events to determine top‑performing products and optimize future merchandise assortments.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines so the mobile shop matches the aesthetic of our brick‑and‑mortar brand.
- Drive and transport the mobile retail van safely to and from scheduled pop‑up locations and events.
- Manage on‑site set up and teardown of the mobile shop, including visual merchandising, signage, and technical POS setup.
- Maintain the van by tracking maintenance schedules, keeping it fueled, and ensuring a clean and appealing interior/exterior appearance.
- Research and pitch new high‑traffic locations or events to expand the mobile shop’s reach.
Qualifications

- 1+ years of customer service or retail experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a continually changing work environment.
