Mobile Repair Technician - Field Position - Part Time

About the role

Join uBreakiFix by Asurion as a Mobile Device Repair Technician. You’ll travel locally in a fully equipped, company‑provided repair van, diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics on‑site, and deliver top‑tier service that keeps people connected—no shop walls, no routine office desk.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high‑quality, convenient on‑site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage your daily route efficiently and maintain inventory inside your mobile workspace.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands‑on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing a daily schedule.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Skills

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

Pay

Earn $16–$22+ per hour with uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Paid bi‑weekly. Paid training from day one: get paid while learning our systems, technical skills, and repair standards.
