About the role

Baseline Medical is a women‑owned, nurse‑led company redefining how medical care is delivered across the DMV. We provide mobile medical services and IV therapy to patients in their homes, hotels, and offices—bringing high‑quality clinical care directly to where people are. Our Mobile RN team offers a structured, shift‑based role (not on‑call) where nurses begin and end their shifts at our Fairfax office, with supplies managed on‑site. Mobile RNs work under the supervision of an experienced Clinical Team Leader, Nurse Practitioners, and our Medical Director, supported by a dedicated Logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional mobile medical services, including IV therapy, to patients in homes, hotels, or offices.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care, following established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate virtually with Nurse Practitioners.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold the professional image of Baseline Medical as the region’s leader in mobile medical care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for VA, MD, or DC.
• 2+ years of recent acute care or infusion experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills with the ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Pay

Mobile RNs receive an hourly base rate of $30–$35 per hour plus service‑based compensation tied to completed appointments. On average, nurses earn between $40–$70 per hour depending on shift volume, experience, and performance, with top performers consistently earning on the higher end of that range. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Schedule

Part‑time scheduling options are available, including 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts. Flexible self‑scheduling is coordinated based on availability and business needs.
