About the Role

We're seeking dynamic full-time nurses, phlebotomists, or medical assistants to provide a diverse array of preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Sprinter, you'll tap into your medical expertise to deliver high-quality care, including capturing diabetic retina images, performing ECGs, recording using digital stethoscopes, and more. This role demands autonomy, exceptional quality, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in venipuncture and exhibit traits such as dependability, professionalism, problem-solving, and empathy. You will operate independently while broadening your skills and integrating the latest evidence-based practices. A Day in the Life

  • Begin your day by ensuring you have all necessary supplies and PPE for patient visits.
  • Use modern technology to access your schedule and navigate to each patient’s home.
  • Build warm, welcoming connections with a diverse range of patients.
  • Perform patient-centric, diagnostic, and low-acuity care, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and more.
  • Ensure proper labeling and coordination of sample drop-offs to labs or shipment facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exhibit professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • Work in a revolutionary environment requiring problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Use mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning and advancing your skill set.
  • Use reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
  • Physically access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

  • State-required licensure and/or proof of training.
  • National certification for applicants in states without state-level licensure requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proof of completion of course/program or certification based on licensure level.
  • Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
  • Pass national background check and DMV check.
  • Valid clinical license search.

Recommended Vaccinations

  • COVID + booster (Primary Series + 1 Booster).
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR).
  • Hepatitis B series.
  • Varicella.
  • TB test (within the past year).
  • Influenza (annual or signed exemption).
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP - within past 10 years).
