Mobile Phlebotomist, PRN

About the role

These positions are as-needed opportunities offering flexibility in scheduling and highly competitive pay. You will be sent to local companies in the area to perform health screenings for their employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health screenings for employees at local companies.
• Perform venipuncture and/or fingerstick blood draws.
• Use a manual blood pressure cuff to measure blood pressure.
• Provide strong customer service and communicate effectively.
• Utilize technology to support the screening process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR a certificate/diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed.
• Either over 100 successful fingersticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture blood draws within the last 6 months.
• If performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, or LA, an active state‑specific phlebotomy certification is required.
• Must have morning availability (Monday‑Friday) for event‑based work.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous venipuncture and/or fingerstick experience.
• Ability to use a manual blood pressure cuff.
• Tech‑savvy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

Pay

Estimated compensation: $27–$32 per hour (actual rate may vary by location, role at the event, and other factors).

Schedule

Event‑based employment requiring morning availability Monday through Friday.
