About the Role

We are seeking a part‑time Mobile Phlebotomist who can thrive in a high‑growth startup environment. Candidates should have strong experience in hospitals, office, or mobile settings, maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision, and demonstrate friendliness, empathy, and compassion for patients. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office and drive to and from appointments.
• Drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood‑collection procedures and process specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
• Adapt quickly in a rapid, high‑growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient‑experience team during business hours.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Proof of first COVID‑19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment.

Part‑time, Monday‑Friday. Shift options: 5 am‑10 am or 6 am‑11 am.
