Mobile Phlebotomist: (King of Prussia, PA) - BENEFITS

Overview

PTI Health (www.ptihealth.com) seeks an experienced, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist who has a passion for caring for people. Multiple positions are available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.
• Work Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Work an 8-hour day shift that typically starts at 7 am and ends at 3 pm.

Requirements

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• This job requires employees to demonstrate initial and annual competencies in order to remain in the position.
• Candidate should have:
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer
• Reliable, efficient transportation with valid driver license and proof of current liability insurance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Compensation

• $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS Compensation changes, and is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection.
• Typically makes (full-time, part-time Pay): $20.00 - $37.00 per hour.
• Reimbursed for all miles driven.
• Includes: Pay for Performance incentives, Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, Profit-sharing, Paid time off, Compensation for employee referrals, Weekends and holiday off.
