PTI Health seeks an experienced, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist with a passion for caring for people. Multiple positions are available for immediate hire. As a PTI Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for the procurement of blood and other laboratory specimens from home‑bound patients and patients at facilities such as nursing homes, drug rehabilitation centers, and adult daycares. This role requires attention to detail, a great attitude, empathy, patience, a caring spirit, and excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills. Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Requirements

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA, or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• Demonstrate initial and annual competencies to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.
• Reliable, efficient transportation with a valid driver license and proof of current liability insurance.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Pay

$1,000 sign‑on bonus. Compensation is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collections. Full‑time phlebotomists typically earn $20.00–$37.00 per hour and are reimbursed for all miles driven.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays. 8‑hour day shift, typically 7 am – 3 pm.
