About the role

Sprinter Health is a high-growth stage startup offering mobile health services such as blood draws and vitals to patients' homes. We are seeking full-time experienced and professional phlebotomists who are passionate about connecting with patients and making a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper supplies and PPE are available for each patient visit
  • Access and follow daily patient schedules using modern technology
  • Make warm and welcoming connections with patients of all ages during visits
  • Collect relevant information and patient samples using expert phlebotomy skills
  • Label samples correctly and coordinate their delivery to appropriate labs or facilities

Requirements

  • Consistently exhibit professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion
  • Be willing to work in a revolutionary environment that requires problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Be technologically savvy and comfortable using tools like mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps
  • Show strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work independently or in a team environment
  • Have basic life support certification, proof of program graduation, valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, COVID+ booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (within the past year), Flu (annual or signed exemption), and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP - within past 10 years)

  • Covered Vaccinations: COVID+, Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tuberculosis (TB), and Flu (annual or signed exemption)
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP) within the past 10 years
