Mobile Phlebotomist - Cullman Alabama

Position Summary

Madison Core Laboratories Phlebotomists are responsible for efficiently and accurately collecting blood and specimen samples for laboratory analysis, depending on their specific facility. This position will work a flexible work schedule serving North Alabama, including Cullman and surrounding areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently collect blood and specimen samples based on facility needs
• ID patients and their personal information using a form of ID and/or medical records
• Ensure quality and quantity of collected samples
• Label samples correctly and send or deliver for testing
• Answer related patient questions and provide useful information
• Adhere to all health and safety standards while working in the facility and/or traveling
• Follow instructions and perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Experience

• 5 years related experience, Preferred

Education

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent- Required

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Phlebotomy Certification, Preferred
