We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About The Role" heading), Responsibilities (maybe "What You’ll Do"), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe "What You’ll Need" and "Physical Requirements"), Benefits (maybe "What We Offer"), Pay (if any), Schedule (if any). The posting includes "Guaranteed daily hours" but not specific hours? It says "Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m." That's schedule. Also "Guaranteed daily hours" is a benefit? It's a benefit. Also "National Mileage reimbursement, currently $0.76/mile reimbursement starting at mile 31". That's benefit. "Company paid healthcare premiums", "100% 401(k) contribution of 3%", "Company provided equipment including iPhone, iPad, scrubs, and supplies". Those are benefits. Pay: Not explicitly stated. No salary or hourly rate. So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: We have "Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m." Also "Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at your first scheduled patient on time". So schedule section can include that. We need headings:

for each section. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: "Who We Are" maybe we can include as a brief intro? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include a short intro paragraph about Who We Are maybe as a

before sections? It's not a heading; we can include as a paragraph. The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Probably we should include a brief intro as a

before sections. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have: - About the Role (maybe "About The Role") - Responsibilities (maybe "What You’ll Do") - Requirements (maybe "What You’ll Need") - Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? Could separate but we have "What You’ll Need" includes skills, experience, certifications, etc. Also "Physical Requirements" separate. Could make a "Qualifications" section for experience/licenses, and a "Skills" section for phlebotomy skills, tech proficiency, etc. But we can combine to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting has "What You’ll Need" with bullet-like paragraphs (Strong phlebotomy skills..., Patient facing healthcare experience..., Current BLS certification..., Valid driver’s license..., Availability..., Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m., Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads, Ability to meet applicable state specific certification or licensing requirements). Then "Physical Requirements" separate list. We could have sections: Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What You’ll Need), Physical Requirements, Benefits (What We Offer), Schedule (Availability). Also maybe "About The Role" as intro. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we include all substantive info: The "Who We Are" paragraph: mission, technology, millions patients, 90+ NPS, clinical teams. We'll include as a

before sections. Now format. We'll output:

    Who We Are ...

    About The Role

As a Sprinter, you’ll bring healthcare directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll spend your day on the road providing a variety of preventative and diagnostic services, including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and more. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, connecting with patients, and a workday that looks different from a traditional clinic setting.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have the proper supplies and PPE.
    • Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area.
    • Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
    • Use your expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient.
    • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in every patient’s home.
    • Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
    • Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment.
    • Manage your time, supplies, and schedule independently as you move from patient to patient throughout the day.

    Requirements

    • Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
    • Patient‑facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred
    • Current BLS certification
    • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle
    • Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
    • Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at your first scheduled patient on time
    • Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads
    • Ability to meet applicable state‑specific certification or licensing requirements

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
    • Ability to spend prolonged periods driving between patient appointments
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry medical supplies and equipment
    • Ability to safely navigate a variety of patient home environments, including locations with stairs

    Benefits

    • Guaranteed daily hours
    • National mileage reimbursement, currently $0.76/mile reimbursement starting at mile 31
    • Company‑paid healthcare premiums
    • 100% 401(k) contribution of 3%
    • Company provided equipment including iPhone, iPad, scrubs, and supplies

    Schedule

Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with the expectation to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at the first scheduled patient on time.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate schedule info (we already have availability in Requirements). Might be redundant but okay. Could move schedule to its own section and remove from Requirements. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having schedule as separate section may be okay. However we have schedule info also in Requirements; we could keep it only in Schedule and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep it in Schedule and not duplicate. Let's adjust: Remove availability from Requirements list, keep only in Schedule. Also "Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m." could be in Schedule as well. Thus Requirements list will exclude those two items. Let's rewrite Requirements: - Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks - Patient‑facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred - Current BLS certification - Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and personal, reliable vehicle - Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads - Ability to meet applicable state‑specific certification or licensing requirements Now Schedule section includes:

Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with the expectation to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive at the first scheduled patient on time.

Now Benefits section includes guaranteed daily hours etc. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Who We Are" paragraph includes mission, technology, millions patients across 22 states, 90+ NPS, clinical teams. We'll include that. Also "What You’ll Do" we already captured responsibilities. Also "Sound Like You?" section includes many questions about Master of Your Craft, Road Warrior, Patient Focused, Seen It All Before, Committed to Excellence, Tech Proficient. Those are basically attributes; they could be considered as part of Requirements or Skills. The instruction says preserve all substantive information; we should not drop them. They are not just filler; they describe desired traits. We could incorporate them into Requirements or a separate "Desired Attributes" section. But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put those under "Skills" or "Requirements". Since they are more about attributes, maybe we can add a "Skills" section for those soft skills. However we already have a Requirements section with hard qualifications. We could add a Skills section for those attributes. That would be another section, but we should avoid many thin ones. However these are substantive; we could merge them into Requirements as bullet points. That would increase Requirements list but still okay. Let's incorporate those attributes into Requirements as bullet points: - Exceptional blood draw skills, comfortable with difficult sticks - Enjoy a change of scenery and spending significant portion of day on the road - Willing to travel an hour or more to visit patients - Comfortable driving before 7:00 a.m. for early appointments - Passionate about helping others, kind, empathetic, effective communicator - Enjoy meeting new people and creating a great patient experience - Comfortable providing care in varied home environments, adaptable to different living conditions - Able to remain calm, adaptable, and professional in challenging or unexpected situations - Reliable, dependable, trustworthy; solution‑oriented, critical thinker; reliable transportation - Proficient using Apple iPhones and iPads beyond calling/texting; comfortable navigating apps, EHR, telehealth, digital tools; able to learn new technology independently But note we already have proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads in Requirements; we can keep that. We need to avoid duplication. Let's merge. Thus Requirements will have many bullet points covering hard qualifications and soft skills. We must ensure we don't lose any info: The "What You’ll Need" list includes: Strong phlebotomy skills, Patient facing healthcare experience, Current BLS certification, Valid driver’s license..., Availability Monday–Friday..., Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m., Proficiency using Apple iPhones and iPads, Ability to meet applicable state specific certification or licensing requirements. We also have "Physical Requirements" list. We also have "Sound Like You?" list of attributes. We also have "What You’ll Do" responsibilities. We also have "Who We Are". We also have "What We Offer" benefits. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any: The "What You’ll Do" also includes "Life as a Sprinter starts before the first patient visit..." we captured responsibilities. Now we need to check for any other info: The "What We Offer" includes "Guaranteed daily hours", "National Mileage reimbursement, currently $0.76/mile reimbursement starting at mile 31", "Company paid healthcare premium
