Mobile Phlebotomist: (Cherry Hill, NJ) - FULL BENEFITS

About the role

PTI Health seeks an experienced, full-time Mobile Phlebotomist who has a passion for caring for people. We have multiple positions available for immediate hire. As a PTI Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for the procurement of blood and other laboratory specimens from home-bound patients and patients at facilities such as nursing homes, drug rehabilitation centers, and adult daycares. This position requires attention to detail, a great attitude, empathy, patience, a caring spirit, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Provide patients with the highest level of care.
• Uphold the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Follow policies, procedures, and requirements stipulated by PTI Mobile Lab and our partners.
• Procure blood and other laboratory specimens from patients utilizing standard venipuncture (and other appropriate) procedures.
• Process specimens (centrifuge, pipette, and freeze when required).
• Transport specimens to local lab or PSC for processing.

Requirements

• Valid NCPT Phlebotomy certificate by NCCT, NHA or a current certification by an accepted certifying agency for phlebotomy.
• Demonstrate initial and annual competencies to remain in the position.
• Experience using a smartphone, computer, and office printer.
• Reliable, efficient transportation with valid driver license and proof of current liability insurance.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience.
• Mobile Phlebotomy experience a plus.

Pay

$1,000 sign‑on bonus. Compensation is based on the number of accurately completed draws or specimen collection. Full‑time phlebotomists typically make $20.00 – $37.00 per hour. Reimbursed for all miles driven. Pay for Performance incentives also available.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, no weekends or holidays. 8‑hour day shift that typically starts at 7 am and ends at 3 pm.
