At Sprinter Health, our mission is to reimagine how people access care by bringing high-quality care directly into the home. Using the same technology that powers leading marketplace platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. We’ve supported millions of patients across 22 states and consistently maintained a 90+ NPS, reflecting the quality and experience we strive to deliver every day. Our clinical teams are at the center of making healthcare more accessible, connected, and personal.

About the Role

We're seeking dynamic full-time nurses, phlebotomists, or medical assistants to provide a diverse array of preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Sprinter, you'll tap into your medical expertise to perform tasks such as capturing diabetic retina images, performing ECGs, recording using digital stethoscopes, and more. Trainings will be offered to acquaint you with these services.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in venipuncture, coupled with traits such as dependability, professionalism, problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. The role demands the ability to operate autonomously with an emphasis on exceptional quality. Sprinters will be on a path towards advanced learning and should be eager to broaden their skills and integrate the latest evidence-based practices in their profession. Most importantly, we are seeking candidates who are friendly, compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely care about patients.
