Responsibilities
- Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples such as vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
- Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
- Gathering mandatory information from patients and verifying their identities.
- Obtaining vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
- Accurately labeling all samples.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, including details of any medical issues experienced during venipuncture procedures affecting test results accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a phlebotomist.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail-oriented and sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation is a must.

Pay
Paid per appointment/event, this is not an hourly or salary-paid position. Bi-weekly pay.
Schedule
Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
