Mobile Patrol Officer Full Time Overnights, Part-Time Weekends 2nd Shift & Overnights (Jeremiah)

About the role

Northeast Security, Inc., founded in 1967, is one of the largest and most highly regarded security services firms in New England, anticipating and responding to the ever-changing demands of the security and safety industry to maintain its market leadership. Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing, and completion of orientation; offers may be rescinded if orientation is completed but background requirements are not met. The role is located at the Lexington, MA site.

Responsibilities

• Keep a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general administrative support and respond to inquiries, anticipating customer needs.
• Ensure all security concierge personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with facility security operations procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Apply basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers and vendors.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to assigned personnel.
• Work with management to develop and implement sound employee relations, development, and retention programs.
• Keep assigned security personnel up‑to‑date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a 5‑year driving records check with no more than two moving violations.

Pay

$23.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑Time: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Part‑Time: Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; and Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
