Mobile Patrol Officer

About the role

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Mobile Patrol Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. The Mobile Patrol Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor premises and patrol sites using a motor vehicle.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Maintain security and safety of multiple sites through vehicle patrols.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment, using appropriate escalation.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Work independently with great attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Cross‑trained at nearby retail sites for possible additional weekly hours.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
